The West Wales UAV Centre (WWUAVC) is the gateway to a unique environment created in the UK to both facilitate and accelerate the growth of the Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) industry.

With safety, management and operational infrastructure delivered by QinetiQ, this European-centric environment is located on the Welsh Government-supported ParcAberporth Technology Park and through the WWUAVC, access is enabled to:

• Unmanned air systems R&D
• Integrated unmanned air systems operating environments
• Expert technical and operational support
• Outstanding infrastructure and test facilities
• Development and demonstration flight trials
• Training

In addition to the capabilities above, acting as the shop window of UK and European UAS development, this exciting new environment facilitates the commercialisation of research and acts as a facilitator for the development and proving of UAS policies and regulations.

The WWUAVC provides all aspects of the infrastructure, support and administration required to operate UAS.
